How long does it take to receive my product after placing an order?
Most of our products ship from USA. So we are able to deliver in 4-6 business days. Few other products ship directly from the manufacturers in China, which usually takes up to 2 weeks for the product to arrive at your door step. For Mexico and Brazil specifically, delivery might take up to 4 weeks.
Can I track my order?
Once the item is shipped (within 2-3 days of purchase), we will provide a tracking number which you can use to track on the associated shipping provider’s website.

What is your return policy?
We are 100% committed to your satisfaction. If the item arrives defective, please email us at support@watchband.co within 30 days of purchase and we can send you a replacement item or refund your purchase.
If, for any other reason, you would like to return the item in its unused condition, please email us at support@watchband.co within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your purchase.
